"I can't fault this hotel. I arrived at 5am after a 14 hour bus journey and even though my check in wasn't until 12 they found me a room and I was asleep by 6. All at no extra cost I've never felt so welcome. Lovely staff, clean and quiet hotel and really convenient for the centre of town. Zero complaints."

"The staff was extremely helpful. Don’t get the room #10. Very noisy from the street below all night. If you do make sure you have earplugs. However, it is to be expected considering you are in the middle of a busy city. The hotel is very clean and the roof top patio is very nice and breakfast is great. Did the Colco Canyon two day trek, difficult but amazing. Also the white water rafting. Definitely a must do. So much fun!!!!"
