"I stay here for 5 days with my family and we loved everything about the hotel from the security to workers, the hotel is always clean and there is plenty of things to do with the kids, every thing around the hotel is walkable. The food was amazing from breakfast to dinner, what I also really like was the star was available for us no matter what time it is, would definitely visit again with my family "

"The stay was great and in a good location. It’s in an apartment complex and they keys are given digitally which work great. It’s right by the beach, supermarket is 2 mins away along with train and metro stations being a 15 min walk away. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes in this area however on Sundays most are closed. The AC in the property works amazing and the beds were actually very comfy. "Amazing staff, everyone was so helpful and professional throughout my stay. I was especially impressed with the front desk team, they went above and beyond and truly made me feel welcome. The gym was quite good for a hotel gym, had everything I needed for a solid workout. The room and amenities were exactly as expected and matched the photos, which was great. The only thing l'd suggest for improvement is offering more vegan breakfast options. While I appreciated the plant-based milks, a vegan protein option would be a fantastic addition. Thank you for the outstanding hospitality, I really enjoyed my stay!"

"Firstly, the hotel had a Good location, friendly staff and good food. Disappointing that the snack bar was closed during our stay and all inclusive drinks was limited and only until 10:30, hot drinks were also limited to morning times. Entertainment was lacklustre and mainly for an older audience. The hotel rooms were basic but were cleaned daily. Overall an ok stay, but you could get better for the price."
