The check in was messy through what seemed like a backdoor. No TV. Humidity smell. Cigarrete tails at the entrance and bugs in the bathroom. Luckily only two nights. Quick stay OK! Descent packed breakfast.

I liked that the room was very clean. Good service and follow up. Bed mattress was too hard for my back. Curtains heavy and not easy to adjust for light and vise versa. Missed a good chair and a small table.

Helt greit hotel

Selvbetjening og innsjekk med kode funker fint. WiFi er bra, ikke TV på rommet. Vi lå der bare ei natt og var knappest på rommet i våken tilstand, og for slik bruk er hotellet perfekt.

Koselig lite hotell. Fin kommunikasjon selv om det ikke er resepsjon på hotellet. Koselig sms. Hadde bestilt frokost, dette kom presis med koselig sms, møtte også da personalet. Hyggelige folk 🤗

Veldig hyggelig lite hotell

Litt lite rom, uten tv eller kaffekoker, men te og kaffe var klart til oss ute på felleskjøkkenet. Utrolig hyggelig personale og en helt fantastisk god frokost! God beliggenhet i sentrum av Arendal.

Perfekt hotell midt i sentrum

Utrolig sentralt beliggende hotell med veldig hyggelig betjening! Utsendelse av praktisk adgangskode i forkant til rom og hoveddør. Rene og pene rom. Gratis kaffe om morgenen, tilgang til kjøleskap for gjestene satte en ekstra spiss på oppholdet.

Enkelt, men bra.

Enkelt men bra hotell. Kode for å komme inn var greit å bruke. Rommet var ok, minus med forheng i dusjen. Veldig hyggelig betjening som ordna enkel frukost. Den var god, og levert på avtalt kl slett. Minus at der ikkje var heis. Vi klarte oss fint, men burde vere tilrettelagt for alle. Alt i alt godt fornøgd med oppholdet, kjem gjerne igjen.

Et greit krypinn for overnatting i Arendal

Hotellets navn er meget passende, selv om rommet i seg selv var stort og godt. Vi valgte executive suite og angret ikke på det. Parkering utenfor hotellet og hotellet har visst en avtale med kommunen om parkeringen, men det fant vi ingen opplysninger om. På gateskiltet opplyses det om at en kan parkere en halv time men ikke mer. Frokost koster ekstra og består av en liten matpakke med juice. Kaffe og te ordner man selv på gangen i likhet med de øvrige gjestene. Generelt er jeg ikke videre begeistret for disse "smart-hotellene", men de er ok som nødløsning, og Lille Hotell fungerte helt som forventet. Det ligger midt i Arendal og der er nok av restauranter i nærområdet.

Eit fint to-dagars opphald. Ryddig, reint og fint! God frukost, men kanskje det burde vore ein liten «lounge» kor ein kunne sitje saman i ei gruppe?

Surprisingly good experience. We choose this hotel for it's good location and good price. Since it was prized on the lower side, we didn't have unrealistic expectatipns. However, the room was super nice. Only 50m from the central parking tunnel 200m from the centrum. We got prepared a nice little breakfast(ordered extra). All in all a surprizingly good experience. Only one thing to mention: it does not have universal access; it has a tall stairs from the street level and up to the door. But if you don't have special needs, you will be fine
