Very good place calm, it needs alittle touch up in certain areas, but what it has right now, its a really nice and good and clean place

Overall very clean and convenient for trip. A couple of things where the property needs to improve: Warm water in shower took forever to come out and then it went to an extreme - burning hot that lasted only a few minutes. Also we had a pipe breakage issue in the building which shut off water supply for a couple of hours. Also WiFi on TV continued to disconnect consistently. The Arecibo property appears to still be under minor lower lever construction, not a big deal but inconvenient as had to use parking lot gate to exit building rather that main building doors.

The hotel is more like an apartment. Its modern, clean, wifi, safe parking underground, does have elevator, quiet and clean. There is food walkable and the ocean is also walking distance.

The apartment was dirty, and there was only one towel in the bathroom. The A/C took all night to cool the room.

It's evident that this flat isn't quite finished. The building itself is being renovated, and while this unit looked new, things were not complete. This may explain why we were the only folks in the entire building. Examples: outlets that didn't work, limited hot water, and a new ceiling fan in the living room that we couldn't turn on, which made sleeping on the pullout couch very hot. No A/C in that area, just the bedroom. It was a strange experience.
