「We didn’t like anything. The breakfast was awful. There are birds living in the lobby and breakfast area. So there was bird poop on the dining room seats where we were trying to eat our breakfast. The room smelled like mildew and mold. We only stayed one of the nights and then we found a different hotel.」

「We booked through Expedia for a last minute trip. Upon getting to the hotel, we were unable to access our room due to the door key pad dying. The personal onsite has to use the master physical key to open the door. He informed us if we left the room we would get locked out and would need to ask for assistance again.
