The staff are warm and friendly - all on duty over our stay need to be commended for their commitment to ensure guests feel looked after! It was spotlessly clean, comfortable and cosy, with everything I needed (hair dryer, iron and ironing board, tea and coffee making facilities, fresh water, toiletries).
