「Had a great visit The owner were very nice and completely explained everything」

「This is an older property. Exterior wood trim needed some paint touch up. Room interiors were in excellent shape. Sink fixtures were a little old and discolored but were very clean. Very pleased with the cleanliness of the room. Beds were very comfortable. Staff called me about 15 minutes after I checked out to let me know we had left a cushion that my wife needs to be comfortable sitting. Said it would be at the front desk for us. That’s service. Would definitely stay at this property again. 」

「The parking lot was decent. The back door security lock was broken. The dog park area was just rocks. The rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was decent. You had to wait for things to be restocked and filled. The front desk lady yelled at my daughter and I when we went to see the pool. I had a water flask and was getting ice. We weren’t even wearing swimming clothes, just looking and she screamed at me across the lobby not to go in with my water cup. Unnecessary aggressive. She could have come...

「算是GRAND ISLAND 最好的酒店了。早餐算不错，但是WIFI老掉线，速度也一般。离着TJ MAX，HYVEE挺近。附近饭店也不少。总之在GRAND ISLAND这城市里，这家算最好的。」

A “Breakfast Bag” consisting of a Bottle of water, granola bar, and an apple/orange is not what we expected for breakfast when we booked this place. Bring your own food to cook in your room with their pots and stove top if you really want breakfast there. 」
