「Everything about our stay was exceptional. The location was right in the old town centre near many restaurants, shops and the water. The hotel manager Petko was super helpful and accommodating throughout our stay, and helped arrange anything we needed. He definitely made our stay extremely enjoyable and easy. 」

「Sehr gute Lage, sauberer Strand vor der Tür, Altstadt von Nessebar ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Essen hat sehr gut geschmeckt, ausreichend und abwechslungsreich. Großes Lob für die Küche und das Personal im Restaurant. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber. Einziges Problem: nicht genug Stauraum für Kleidung und Unterwäsche. Die Animation war zu wenig.」

The room was spotless and was a perfect starting point - just far enough from the tourist shops and a wonderful view in the evening to enjoy the sunset and the harbour. 「Generally, communication was difficult to make regarding confirmation mail, correct location and different telephone numbers. But it succeeded in the end. After arriving the boat, we realised that there was no electricity and water. This was fixed after a few calls next morning. It would have been nice if there's an instruction card about how to use toilet and switch panel. They also should have provided the numbers in the boat where we can contact if you need help. We liked the concept if...

「To start we had to go to another office in the city to register ourselves and after riding 250 miles on a motorcycle this was not a welcome greeting. The staff were great at helping us to find it , it was just an unwanted inconvenience. The mattress was in a poor state but other than that the room and the hotel was in a better state. The food and drinks served were excellent and the staff serving them . I paid for parking for our motorcycle and had no issues」

「Kjempe fin leilighet, men badet var ikke ok. Vannet rant fra dusjen og utover hele gulvet. Toalett sisternen var ødelagt, så vanskelig å trekke ned. 」

「Huoneet vastasi hinta-laatusuhdetta.Rauhallinen alue ja paljon ihmisiä yöpyi alueella.Kirjautuminen huoneistoon oli vasta iltapäivällä ja jouduimme odottamaan useamman tunnin ulkosalla kun lentomme oli kohteessa aamuyöllä.Sängyt olivat epäsiistejä ja ällötti nukkua niissä.Henkilökunta oli todella palvelualtista..pisteet niile!!」
