We stayed at this hotel in the way to Portugal in March and in the way back to the UK in May and we were certainly happy to visit a second time.」

「The reason for the terrible rating is - No meal at the Hotel so I ask the reception where I could eat, they pointed me in the direction of a local bar. Had something to eat there at 21:00hrs and by 23:00hrs I was having terrible stomach pains. (before eating at this bar I had had a continental breakfast before leaving the ship at Bilbao) By 02:00hrs diahorrea makes an appearance. There was no staff at the Hotel that I could call and I was too worried about leaving my room. So no help during the...

「I have used this hotel many times but they have now introduced a virtual key access system to enter the hotel at check in. The system didn’t work and it took over 2 hours, after speaking to numerous people via telephone, to gain access. Never again will I stay here. 」

The room was extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of sightseeing. Its location was perfect, close enough to all the main attractions, yet far enough to enjoy peace and quiet for a good rest. Absolutely worth the price, and we would definitely stay here again!!!」
