"Our receptionist Beverly ( sorry, didn’t catch her name. It could be Brenda)was first class. Cheerful, friendly and professional she was a good ambassador for the hotel. The hotel public area was spotless, as was the hotel room. It was pristine, no wear and tear at all. The room was comfortable and bright. The breakfast offered a wide range of choices and food was constantly replenished. The site of the hotel made it easy to access different routes out of town. My only criticism would be having to use the Ringo app to pay the car park charges instead of using a card or wallet."

"Check in staff were helpful key didn’t work on arrival and asked to change rooms as was solo traveller next to lots of rooms with kiddos. Bar staff all friendly and good. Room comfortable and clean some cilit bang black mould remover wouldn’t have gone a miss on silicone seal in shower. But comfy clean room would stay again!"

"The evening meal available consisted of a vegetarian or meat three course meal presented as a buffet.I thought the quality and value for money was excellent.Staff in the restaurant were very helpful and attentive as were all other staff in the hotel. I enjoyed my stay whilst attending a conference nearby."

"We had a family double room and it was huge! Like a suite, with a giant 60 inch tv and a nice sofa in front of it to watch it on. My one piece of feedback is that the bathrooms need a refresh. Clean and working, just dated. Breakfast was also superb and a perfect location for our trips to the Belfry and Drayton Manor."

"Great value for money. The room was great just what you need for a place to rest your head. The bathroom was newly refurbished and clean. The staff were excellent, friendly and professional. We ate dinner here on one evening and lunch the next day and for pub food it was great. Everything was very well organised and clean."

"Booked for an overnight stay for a gig at the Coventry Arena, which meant we left the lodge as soon as we checked in and didn't get back until midnight, so had little time to enjoy the surroundings. That said, great location, the lodges have clearly had a lot of money spent on them re security, lighting, heating, bathrooms, etc and are clean and comfortable. There is a fridge in the room (empty), and drinks in a fridge at reception. We had planned to pick up breakfast at a nearby cafe and eat on the balcony to enjoy the view but it was raining heavily so went home instead. Brief stay but would happily go back. There are also horses, sheep, Llama's and a Rhea/Ostrich in the adjoining field."
