I wish we could've stayed longer. The room was very comfortable and clean. The morning breakfast was delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room was nice, clean, comfortable beds, but our room was situated in the stairwell so everytime someone went up the stairs and going in to the corridor, the door to the corridor slamed and it was very disturbing. Fortnunatly there were not so many guests, which made it stranger that we didnt get another room.

One night in Arboga

Small and cosy hotel in a quiet town . Breakfast was nice just wished the scrambled eggs were warm. Overall wonderful stay.

A good stay in a charming environment. The hotel is placed in the city center. It's very small, for good and for bad, but most things you need staying a night or two can be arranged. A good stay for a good price.

An old hotel that is only partially updated on the surface. One of the few hotels today where the electricity is not updated, which means that you cannot sit in the room with your computer connected if your adapter requires a grounded outlet. The breakfast lacked bread, scrambled eggs, etc. There were cakes and fruit, however. I pointed out the shortcomings and was able to get a hotel night as compensation. Since they could not compensate for this time, it was a non-compensation. It is not appropriate to return.

Allmänna utrymme korridorer behöver fräschas upp. När brandlarmet tjuter borde där även vara en röst som meddelar att det är brandlarm och att man ska utrymma både på svenska o engelska. Larmet låter som ett telefonlarm så svårt mitt i natten att härleda vad det är.

Kan varmt rekommendera restaurang Ågården, ligger snett över torget och ner mot ån på hotellets baksida. Det är ett mysigt ställe med god mat och trevligt bemötande till vettiga priser. Hotellets frukostbuffé serveras på liten yta men med stort utbud.

Sängarna var för smala, höll på att ramla ur flera gånger samt att när man är vuxen behöver man ha minst 90 cm bred säng. Dessa sängar var inte 90 cm. Sen ljuset på toaletten var jättedåligt.

Trevlig övernattning

Hade överlag en rätt trevlig upplevelse av hotellet. Byggnaden är äldre och det märks en del, även på rummet, men med det kommer det också mycket charm. Lobbyn t.ex. är himla fin, och det var riktigt högt i tak med höga fönster på rummet. Läget är oslagbart om man ska hålla till i centrala Arboga, och bakgården leder ut direkt till de medeltida kvarteren, granne med museum, flera restauranger i närheten. Personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam, och gav god service när vi hade frågor etc. Frukosten hade det man brukar vilja ha på ett hotell, inget speciellt utöver det vanliga men var heller inget att klaga på, vi blev nöjda och belåtna. Uppskattade även att det fanns fläkt på rummet. Om jag ska komma med lite negativ kritik så tyckte jag att städningen på rummet kunde gjorts lite bättre, hittade lite skräp bakom en gardin.

Ett enkelt och bra boende till överkomligt pris. Den äldre byggnaden med sina skavanker bidrar till en viss charm. Wi-fi kunde vara lite starkare så att den smarta tv:n kunde vara riktigt smart, fast på detta hotell saknas egentligen inget väsentligt.
