"My family enjoyed staying at the property. Right away, we were impressed by the cleanliness and newness of the room. We were provided with our check in information by text, so we didn’t have to head to the office upon arrival or check out. There was a delicious breakfast provided and a cute little store. I would recommend staying here if you’re in the area for a hike or to visit the town of Floyd. "
"It was clean. The person at the front deskwas not the friendliest. The other employees we came in contact with were very nice. It was confusing because the sign said Econo Lodge, and then when we register Knights Inn but on my card statement, it said Eco Lodge. It had a phone but was not connected to anything and no buttons. It was OK. It’s just old and needs some work. "
