"We book into this hotel on our way back from England. It is such a lovely drive over the Pyrennes and then into Torla. We have done it for the last four years and have excellent service in the hotel"

"Loved this Parador. Wonderful location, friendly, helpful staff, great food and service. The village was beautiful and we only wish we were booked in for more than one night."

"The walls were very thin, but luckily we did not have noisy neighbors. The first impression is that it is dingy, but the room is comfortable and clean. The hotel is in a walkable area, so you must park on the street (free) if you can find a spot or in the parking garage down the block and carry your luggage to the hotel. We enjoyed our stay exploring the city."

"Beautiful hotel, our room was great. Only issue was internet was nearly impossible to log into. We had to ask desk staff several times to assist and finally night before leaving we were able to get ipads on system. There was no password given to guests, shouldn't be this hard to get internet service on devices. Finally desk staff did something on their computer for us, said wait 15 min, but took about an hour to get wifi on devices. Staff at desk tried, but this needs to be fixed on a higher level."
