「We stayed there for 4 days and the stay was really good. Room was clean but the washroom was a bit smelly. Hotel was a bit far from Haram but they provide shuttle service to reach Haram. The staff were really nice and helping.」

「upon my arrival hotel employee were very courteous, try help me best they can , only problem i have was the Orbits travells website i purchase did not provide me the information i need it and my travel arrangements, and hotel is realy close Haram and hotel have shuttles services every prayer time 20 minute before prayer but i did not bother to use because taxi was much convineint and very cheap is like 5.riyal , it is good hotel location.」
