Fiquei hospedado 6 dias, não volto e nem indico o

Minha estadia foi razoavel. A única coisa boa era o café da manhã, menina que recolhia as louças, muito agradável e solicita. Limpeza do quarto não houve, meu esposo cheguei a cogitar em pedir uma vassoura e varrer o quarto! Troca de lencois e toalha não existiu, exceto quando solicitei nova toalha. Pessoal da recepção sempre de cara feia.

Razoável

De início precisei mudar de quarto, pois a cama do primeiros estava com a base danificada e colchão era muito velho ao ponto de ter um desnível entre os lados. No quarto que passei a estadia, cama era razoavelmente confortável apesar do colchão apresentar ter bastante tempo de uso. Banheiro ok. O serviço de quarto, só teria se eu solicitasse, mas isso só foi dito a mim na penúltima noite quando fui questionar. Convenhamos, uma estadia de 4 dias não precisa que o cliente solicite serviço de quarto (limpeza e troca de toalhas) devia está incluído no pacote. O café da manhã foi a melhor parte, era adequado. A piscina apresentava sujeira no fundo, não consegui usa-la em nenhum dia. Portanto, é um local razoável que serve para passar 1 ou 2 noites no máximo.

Acredito que a equipe de trabalho não está satisfeita porque o atendimento é bem frio. O quarto parecia sujo, tanto a roupa de cama quanto o chão. Não há interfone no quarto e o café da manhã é mediano.
