「The location is super close to the airport, the room was clean, great shower, but I have to point out the amazing Manon! She went above and beyond. She truly made our stay terrific. She was so helpful, with directions, information about the airport, booked us a shuttle AND helped me bring our luggage up to the room! Every hotel should have someone like Manon at the front desk. Also, the food at Antipasto was delicious! Better than some of the meal we had in Italy! Highly recommend thus hotel if...

「The only reason I stayed was because I had a 6:45am flight to catch and the hotel is a 5 minute walk to Biarritz airport. It is a motel next to the highway and their electronics door keys did not work for me and another customer who checked in. Minimal amenities and a bit noisy as next to the highway.
