But the staff was very helpfully trying to relocate me to other hotel.( They could have cancelled my reservation without asking me. ). 「I really enjoyed my stay at ICON Valparaíso in Mallorca. The staff were very helpful, kind, and accommodating throughout our stay, and the views from the hotel were incredible. One of the best hidden gems was the pathway that connects the hotel to a nearby beach — it was only about a 5-minute walk, which made it so easy and convenient.
