My stay at Mövenpick Resort in Aqaba was more than excellent. Everything was perfect—from the warm and friendly staff to the clean, comfortable rooms and the beautiful views. The service was outstanding, and the atmosphere made the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Aqaba and would love to stay there again.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Mövenpick Aqaba at the beginning of our trip to Jordan. The hotel is very well located, within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and shops, which made it a perfect base for exploring Aqaba. The service was excellent throughout our stay. The staff were professional, polite and genuinely helpful, always ready to assist with any request. In particular, we would like to thank Mohammad K. and Hussam B. for their outstanding support and attention. Check-in and check-out were efficient, and the atmosphere at the reception and in the restaurants was very friendly. Our room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, with a very good bed and a nice balcony. Breakfast offered a wide selection of local and international options, and the pool areas and hotel facilities were well kept and relaxing. Overall, we would gladly return to Mövenpick Aqaba and are happy to recommend this hotel to other guests visiting the city.

This was one of the best resorts we have ever stayed at. The facilities are clean, outdoor pools are large and the private beach makes all the difference. Breakfast was also delicious and the staff make sure you are looked after well. Specific mention to Saddad at the front desk who looked after us and gave us a really high level of service. I don’t have any criticism only that there isn’t an indoor pool, and the gym is slightly more dated but still runs well.

Though the check in was uneasy, all else was great. The staff were incredibly helpful and courteous. Aqaba is a beautiful, clean and friendly city that we always enjoy coming back to.

Beautiful hotel!

We had such a lovely and relaxing stay in this beautiful hotel! The staff was so friendly welcoming and professional; our rooms were amazing! We enjoyed swimming in the Red Sea as well as in the swimming pools; the restaurants served delicious food. The inside of the hotel and the outside are stunningly beautiful!! I wish we could have stayed longer!

Great place to stay in Aqaba

Wonderful stay at a very well-run hotel with excellent amenities. Spacious suite that the receptionist gave us as a free upgrade. Helpful unobtrusive staff. Used the lap pool every morning and enjoyed the beach in the evening. Food excellent.

Great location in Aqaba as the Hotel sits across from the water with a second level enclosed causeway that connects to the waterfront pools, restaurants and sandy beach. The hotel is well appointed with great staff and amenities. In fact, my son was seen by the hotel’s doctor and treated within 30 minutes of our call to the front desk - excellent attentive service.

Perfect Hotel! My stay at this hotel was truly impressive. The staff's hospitality was excellent, and they went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was a positive experience. They were always friendly, courteous, and ready to assist with any questions or requests I had. The room I stayed in was exceptionally pleasant. It was clean, well-organized, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bed was comfortable, and the atmosphere in the room was soothing and enjoyable. The room amenities included entertainment options, a television, comfortable chairs, and more - everything needed to feel at home. The hotel is located in an excellent location. It is close to restaurants, cafes, shops, and tourist attractions. I had easy access to explore the beautiful and captivating city. Overall, I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, and I'm sure I will return in the future. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant, clean, and well-located accommodation.

The staff were nice and always smiling, the hotel was overall clean and spacious, the adults pool was nice and empty, and they let us stay a bit longer for late checkout. However we wouldn't rate this as 5 stars hotel or stay here again as we are disappointed by a few things, the facilities are old, the room balcony is not private- and the sea view room we paid for was not really close to the sea. There were too many pigeons around the hotel including the pool which is not hygienic, the breakfast buffet was the same everyday and the food was not always fresh, it took the staff more than 40 minutes to get us Cappuccino after asking 3 times and it wasn’t even a real Cappuccino, the next day they forgot to bring the omelette we ordered and we ended up giving up- i would recommend to get coffee and omelette by waiting in line instead or ordering at the table. The hotel have a policy of not letting in any food or drinks from outside and searching bags, they charged us way too extra for it, although we wanted to bring it to the room. I have never seen this in any of the hotels i stayed in around the world. If they want people to buy drinks and food from the hotel it needs to be improved with lower prices!
