Nice experience

The building is a bit dated but the rooms are clean and nicely decorated. The host was friendly and super easygoing, he was flexible in moving our rooms. The only downside: there is nothing to see in the city but is a good, cheap option if you are travelling around Provence.

When we arrived, there was nowhere to check in. Eventually, someone was found, after banging on a door in what we presumed was the check in area, and he showed us the rooms…. No elevator and carrying heavy cases up a dingy staircase, and with a general air of dilapidation. The rooms were sparsely furnished and the bathroom tiny. Again there was an unkempt and frankly unclean feeling, and after discussing the shortcomings with the agent, we decided to go elsewhere.

Bon petit hôtel que je recommande.

Pour un court séjour au centre ville; hôtel très propre, calme et parfaitement situé à deux pas de la cathédrale Ste-Anne L'accueil est très sympathique. Le petit déjeuner bien fourni avec thé, café, jus d'orange, confitures, miel, pain, croissants, pudding, yaourts, etc. Un petit espace "cuisine" est à la disposition de la clientèle avec réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, couverts ... pour les fringales du soir.

Authenticité et confort .

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel situé en plein coeur historique d'Apt . Petit établissement "familial" d'une dizaines de chambres ; amateur de chambres modernes aseptisées s'abstenir ; le confort est assuré et au diable les craquements et portes a l'ancienne. Le rapport qualité/prix est au final excellent. Sans nul doute une valeur sûre pour mes prochains séjours dans la région.

Très agréable en hivers chauffage au top eau très chaude dans la douche, WC broyeur non indiqué sur le descriptif de la chambre mais m'a posé aucun problème ayant moi même un WC broyeur chez moi juste une notice d'utilisation serait le bienvenu poyr les gens qui savent pas comment ça marche... Acceuil tres conviviale prix très raisonnable...

Esperienza allucinante....non andateci.....!!!!

Esperienza allucinante....pur avendo prenotato con Hotel.com., quindi con carta di credito a garanzia, all'arrivo in albergo, alle 21 della sera, una delle camere prenotate era già stata venduta ad altre persone, in quanto, secondo la tipa della reception, non ci siamo presentati ad un'orario "decente"....Samo stati costretti a cercare un'altro hotel, alle 22 di sera del giorno di Ferragosto....e siamo anche stati trattati male e con villania ....Mai nella mia vita mi è capitata una situazione del genere....sono ancora sotto shock...Spero di essere tutelata da Hotel.com quando gli comunicherò l'accaduto......(Per fortuna che con noi non c'erano ne anziani e ne bambini.....)
