「設計很有特色，感覺到在柬埔寨自然環境融為一體。職員態度十分友善，遇到問題時盡快盡力幫忙。在旅行前可以網絡互聯，把抵達時間說明，就有專車接送，一上車就給我們冰毛和瓶網冰水，打招呼，很親切。到埗後，在check-in時職員把歡迎水果、特飲和地度小食奉上，真的很好味！因為柬埔寨天氣真的很熱，所以多機會留在酒店內游泳，休息，的確是一個retreat 。餐廳用膳很棒，很好味！早餐還有即點即煮的特色餐。芒果真的好味！因為一出房門就是與戶外相連，倉蠅也被酒店的服務和設施吸引。整體來說，這酒店值10分。多謝酒店所送的服務和t-shirt!」
