"It was adequate in all areas for cleanliness and service. The only thing I’d say is that when we ran out of shower gel, we called to have a new bottle delivered to us but it never got delivered after 1.5 hours so we had to call again to have it delivered. I understand people are busy but I also think 1.5 hours is too long of a wait- I stayed up until 1:30am waiting for it to come so that I could shower and then head to bed. Other than that everything was good- especially the bed. I usually have a difficult time sleeping due to uncomfortable beds but this was a great, comfortable bed. Breakfast was great and so was the complimentary drinks and snacks."

"The hotel is basically right off 45. Right next to it is a good Greek American restaurant and there's plenty of shopping nearby. Public transit is non-existent it seems like so bring a car or be prepared to use Uber/Lyft."
