「The sheets are dirty, there's hair on them, it doesn't even look changed. Everywhere you see hair on the table. The room was like a smoking room. It smelled like smoke.」

「Our room was in the Lodge on the 2nd floor. Very tiny room right next to the kitchen exhaust. At 1:20 a.m. the fire alarm went off. It was attached to the ceiling so we could not turn it off. There was no one else in the lodge. We opened all the windows and turned on the fan in the room and it finally went out. I reported this to the management but we received no discount/compensation. We also ate dinner here; $45 each for a very small piece of sabelfish and grilled cabbage and small salad....

「This is an older hotel, for sure, and it shows in some ways. However, I found everything was clean and the room was comfortable. Based on some of the previous reviews, I really wasn't sure about staying here, but I didn't have any problems with this place at all. The staff was friendly and attentive, the room was spacious and clean, I found the bed comfortable, and despite being located on the main thoroughfare through town, I found my stay to be remarkably quiet.
