「I dislike that I was unaware that there would be a $400 hold even though the rooms were paid for in full. I don't think this is a fault on chateau elan it is on Expedia for not making their customers aware of any potential holds there may be once you get to the property.」

「Beautiful vac experience. The only complaint i have, is there is only one set of elevators in each wing, if your room is at the end of the corridor of the west wing, you have to walk all the way over to the elevator (and its a good distance for an older person, ) and then when you hit the lower lobby, you have another good walk to the pool which is in the East wing..you surely get your steps in, and God forbid if you forget something in the room. Everything else is excellent, a lot of walking,...
