「Check in was efficient, coffee and tea available all day in lobby. Nice space for relaxing or work in lobby area. Right next to Gainesboro neighbourhood which is very close to downtown Roanoke. 」

「Breakfast is very good, especially the omelettes that are made fresh by the chef right in front of you. The thermal experience in the spa is extremely relaxing. The only issue is with the water control valve in the cold shower. Despite warnings outside the shower door and on the control valve in the shower other patrons played with it and turned it off. On both occasions we used the spa during our stay we had to get a staff member to come and reset the water control valve in the shower. ...

「Everything was amazing. We travel frequently, and this is one of the best hotels we have stayed at. One odd thing, there is no switch for the bathroom fan. However, if that's the one issue, you know that you're in a great location.」
