"Stayed here three nights with my family. We really enjoyed the ease of getting around Pigeon Forge both by car and walking. We liked the convenience of three pools and all were well maintained by staff. The rooms were basic, but worked for our needs, AC was cold and awesome after the hot days. Breakfast had a good variety, just needed more fruit. It got busy quick, so best to go early. Check in and check out was super easy. We look forward to coming back here! "

"Very relaxing! Got room in building 2 with balcony overlooking creek. Bathroom divided the room so felt like 2 rooms. Breakfast was good and they serviced you. "

"Because of the size of the property, it would be a trmendous help to have a map of the layout of the hotel and casino. While at the casino, it would be wonderful if the rules for the games were made a little more clear. We had a wonderful time."
