The employees are well trained and get out problems quickly and in my case, the room was flooded due to an operational error by the guest in the neighboring room and asap changed the room! The meals and breakfast are excellents with a variety of proteins and desserts with fruits and sweets. Room and accessories in good condition and hotel well located for religious tourism.

Atendimento razoável, limpeza a desejar

O hotel não comporta a quantidade de hospedes. Só há 2 elevadores: um com capacidade máxima de 3 pessoas e que corriqueiramente está em manutenção já que os hóspedes não respeitam esse limite (vi uma família ficar presa nesse elevador) e o outro com capacidade máxima de 5 pessoas. Os elevadores também são compartilhados com os funcionários e seus equipamentos de trabalho, o que aumenta mais ainda o tempo de espera. Ficamos no 8o andar, então demorava até conseguir usar o elevador. Não houve serviço de quarto em nenhum dia que ficamos lá, mesmo eu tendo solicitado. Houve picos de energia o tempo todo no quarto: parecia que a qualquer momento algum aparelho ligado à energia poderia queimar. Mas a impressão que eu tenho é que a realidade da maioria dos hotéis em Aparecida seja assim: não conseguem comportar a quantidade de hóspedes romeiros.

When I visit the holy city I usually stay at this hotel and I am very pleased with the ongoing renovations and I stayed in one of the renovated single rooms. Everything is fine and the only downside is that a curtain could be installed in the shower without the glass. Great breakfast with a variety of fruits, carbohydrates, proteins and also countless treats!
