Excellent service from all staff members throughout the property, the best I’ve ever had and I have been to hundreds of hotels but only second Japanese ryokan. Will definitely look to stay in ryokan again in my future trips.
The front desk staff and all the supporting staff including the dining room were fantastic We thoroughly enjoyed the Onsen. The breakfast and dinner were phenomenal and classic Japanese. The Japanese style rooms are fairly sparse and simple. Overall, a wonderful experience. The source of first trip to Japan and our first time staying in Ryokan Onsen but surely won’t be our last. Thanks to Mr. Suzuki and staff for a very memorable experience.
Such a splendid stay! The staff is wonderful and the hotel is serene and historic feeling. They offer transportation to the bus stop but it is very close and there’s a fun brewery about halfway back to the hotel. Would definitely recommend adding the breakfast as every morning was a fresh and creative meal. It made me wish that I added dinner too. Maybe next time?
Thank you!
We stayed here with four kids under 10 and the traditional Japanese room was great! We only spent the night to catch an early ferry the next morning, but I wish we could've stayed longer.
