観光に便利

観光には非常に便利な場所にあるホテルです。私たちが泊まった部屋は3階建てのコテージになっており部屋の中の移動は不便でした。階段が狭く急なので大きい荷物の上げ下げは難しかったので１階に荷物を置き必要なものだけを３階の寝室にもって行きました。この部屋は小さい荷物で旅行している人向きかと思います。他の部屋の状況はわかりません。

Lindo hotel. Ojo con el Check in!!!

Muy linda habitación y hotel muy bien ubicado. Muy mala atención de la persona de recepción. Tuvimos problema en el viaje a Amberes por cancelación de tren y llegaumos pasadas las 9 pm y no nos quería abir y dejar pasar pese a que se había cobrado la noche de hotel. Fue penoso, desagradable.

Wonderful boutique hotel with a great host. Perfect location between Grote Markt and the shopping district. Nicely appointed. The staff level is very cozy and personal. So if you'd prefer all sorts of staff to help you, you won't find it. You'll have to get to know the host who is a very charming attentive gentleman. Some guest rooms are not air conditioned nor are the common areas so be aware of this if you are visiting during the summer.

Betrug durch das Hotel / embezzlement of money

Das Hotel hat den bereits über Expedia abgebuchten Betrag nochmals über meine Kreditkarte abgebucht und nach meiner Reklamation den Betrag von 400 Euro nach mehrmaliger Aufforderung NICHT zurückerstattet. Ich warte nun schon 2,5 Monate auf mein Geld. Ich musste jetzt ein Verfahren durch meine Bank eröffnen, was sehr unerfreulich ist. Daher kann ich das Hotels keinesfallls empfehlen !! The hotel has debited again the already debited amount on Expedia on my credit card. After repeated requests the hotel did NOT refund the amount of 400 euros. Now I've been waiting since 2.5 months on my money. I now had opened a fraud by my bank, which is very unpleasant. Therefore, I can NOT recommend the hotel !!

A Room at the Top

--This is a boutique hotel in a beautifully renovated historic townhouse --and has no elevator. It was 4 long flights of winding stairs up to and down from our room -a disincentive to go out! Fortunately, the hotel staff helped us take our heavy suitcases up & down those stairs. Otherwise, as we are seniors,not 20-somethings, I am not sure what we would have done. Also, the service person left early in the evening and there was no one there until the following morning. Supposedly, one could ring the bell outside and it would ring in the office in another building, but no one warned us that after X hour we needed to bring our key to the outside door. In general, this is a beautiful hotel with friendly service with a great location --but you need to be fit enough to climb several flights of stairs to the heavenly suite at the top.

Great location and customer service. Note that there is no elevator so one must carry luggage up very tight stairs. That said, the room and location were fabulous.

立地の良い古い建物を改装したおしゃれなホテル

アントワープ空港からバスとトラムを乗り継いで30分の最寄り駅から徒歩数分の立地で観光名所のほとんどが徒歩圏内でとても便利。ホテルは旧い建物を改装したおしゃれな内装で、待合室も部屋も朝食を取るカフェもインテリアが素敵。但し、床やドア、壁のところどころに穴が空いていたりクローゼットの立てつけが悪い。また、周囲が飲食店なので滞在中毎晩、午前3-4時ころまで酔客の喧噪がひどく窓とカーテンを閉めていてもかなりうるさかったので人によっては寝られない可能性あり。追加料金を払う朝食は数種類のパン、自家製ジャム、チーズ、ハムに野菜、メロン、ヨーグルト、茹で卵がついておりお昼がいらないくらいの量。紅茶は20種類くらいから選べる。全部美味しい。チェックインの対応をしてくれたオーナーの１人は英語が流暢でおすすめのお店や観光名所、行き方を分かりやすく簡潔に教えてくれ親切だった。オーナーは常時ホテルにいるわけではなく、ドアベルがそのままオーナーの携帯電話につながっているので必要な際はドアベルを鳴らすと対応してくれるので便利。話すのが苦手であればカウンターに書き置きをしておくこともできる。
