「I did not receive the room I booked 」

「My stay here was great! The Check in process was smooth and easy, the room was clean and very comfortable...the only issues that was encountered at the time were the living room air-conditioning and the broken counter top stove which were both resolved in a timely manner. The receptionist Mr ferley was very pleasant, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He made the stay even more comfortable with his vast wealth of knowledge, information and service. 「The reception person did not speak English. He was very friendly though and with Spanish translator, it wasn’t a big problem. Place was quite old and a bit run down. It was relatively clean but lost stars because of its worn out rooms. Location was convenient but that also made it noisy on a Friday night.」

「Room was spacious and clean. I there is a mini fridge and a microwave which was quite useful. Change of towels etc daily. Relatively quiet. A/C worked well. Breakfast buffet was good but should have more vegetarion/vegan options. Check in and check out were easy. Staff was helpful.」
