Just ok

Check in was at 3pm. We arrived at 2pm and they told us the room is not ready, will be at 3pm as it was said in the website. They gave us the room at 5pm. Location is the best and the building is very vey nice. The room was pretty outdated, it needs renovation asap. The beds were bad, bathroom has seen a better time. Parking is caotic.

Very nice hotel the only issue is the room needs to be upgraded. Wall paper coming off the wall, tv only had 1 working channel and the power cord was hanging out the socket which is not very safe. Kitchen floor was also sticky when we arrived so we had to go ask the receptionist on the 9th floor to have someone come mop.

Bad experience

Very bad experience. The check-in is very complicated and finding the good parking too! After visiting 2 different apartments, we settle in without towels, without toilet papers and without bedding for my son. Very disappointed and hopefully we were staying just for one night! Try to communicate by WhatsApp, text… nothing!

Les chaises sont cassées, les lits ne sentent pas bon et il est très difficile de trouver l'endroit. Ce n'est PAS un hôtel, c'est une chambre d'appartement mal entretenue. L'arrivée est peu claire et les indications ne sont pas fournies clairement. Le plancher est collant. Au moins, la vue est belle à la piscine. Peu cher, mais la qualité n’est pas au rendez-vous.

Se trata de um apart hotel, a localização é boa, porém a comunicação é terrível, um segurança por gentileza tratou com o proprietário para nos deixar entrar, já que o mesmo não fazia questão. Sem estacionamento. Apto meio sujo. Cama desconfortável. Jamais voltaria.

Hotels.com me dio un precio incluso con descuento y por eso elegí el departamento. Al pagar me cobraron un precio mucho más alto, quise hablar con gente de Hotels.com y fue imposible. La gente del departamento muy amable pero ellos no podían hacer nada.

Bien ubicado , retardo en la entrega al check inn pero compensaron tiempo en check out, en cuanto a mtto y limpieza podría mejorarse. En la zona y departamentos había muchos zancudo se recomienda fumigar.

Bom apartamento mas, precisa melhorar comunicação

Apartamento muito bom mas, por se tratar de flat quando chegamos na recepção as recepcionistas não sabiam de qual apto se tratava e até descobrirmos qual era, passou muito tempo. O dono do imóvel precisa melhorar esta comunicação com a portaria. Imóvel bem localizado, ao lado de um shopping center, comércios, mercado, posto de gasolina, bares e cafés. Muito bom acesso.
