The staff was nice and the beds were clean, but the room was OLD. The door had to be body checked to get it open. Also we couldn’t figure out how to get the (wobbly barely attached) faucet to switch to the shower head?

Well to start with the lady said she was to lazy to go turn on the heat so it was 19' out oh wait in the room the room was nasty curtains didn't cover the walls it wasn't up to code on the plug in on the floor the painted the wall with spay paint there was dead bugs in the windowns we pd for two nights and we left after the first it was the worst place I have ever see

Warning

One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. No working TV had to be replaced, still remote did not work, no coffee maker, no ice machine, no working shower, no hangers Broken windows, iffy electrical wiring, evidence of break-in on lock/door.

Don’t do it!

Two words….Roach Motel Old rundown motel that appears to be bought out by a fancier outfit but there was far from anything fancy about it. I’m glad we’re a farm family and have learned to make do with situations like this but still…ugh. Zero ⭐️‘s

Motel is closed

My stay was non-existent. No one was at the office when we arrived and no one would answer the phone number that was on the door. I could never reach them even the next day after being stranded without a room all night. Then, the hotel.com site that I booked the room through refused to facilitate my refund because they too were unable to reach the hotel staff.

They stole my money, and they are intentionally impossible to contact. I made a reservation online and a few days later I decided to cancel it. I called their support line, and their support agent verbally confirmed that the whole reservation was cancelled. But I never got a confirmation email about the cancellation, only one $10 refund out of 4 rooms I reserved. Because I had only paid a small reservation fee per room and was going to pay the rest in person when we got their, I assumed this refund meant that the reservation was cancelled. In fact, the customer support lady only cancelled one room and I got charged $260 per room in no-show fees. Whenever I call them they tell me to talk to expedia, and expedia tells me to talk to them, and now I cannot even get a hold of OYO. This is absolutely disgusting, they do not want to help their customers and I would recommend never doing business with this hotel or OYO if you can help it!
