"This is by far the worst hotel I have ever encountered. Dirty and worn out. I did not stay, i lost the entire fare."

"My room had an intense smell of smoke from a fire that recently occurred in that room or the room below or next to it. I called the front desk to switch rooms. Unfortunately, they said they were sold out so they couldn’t move me to another room. So the front desk came up to my room and brought me a spray bottle full of cleaning disinfectant. I had the staff smell my room and they agreed how bad it smelled. Again, she couldn’t do anything to help me other than spray the disinfectant all over. I did so and it did nothing to help. My complaint is with the manager allowing that room to be rented out. That room should be off the market unit they address the issue. The hotel was nice and clean with no complaints other than the smell in my room being so overpowering I got about 2-3 hours of sleep. The manger allowing that room to stay open should be audited and demoted or at minimum held accountable for this failure to provide every guest with the best experience. "

"The entire stay was very enjoyable and we will plan to return. My only negative is that the first impression was pretty concerning when we saw the condition of the hallway carpeting. It was very, very old and worn. The rooms were fine though. The young lady serving breakfast did wonderful job!"

"The location was amazing. The stars for the staff go to two individuals alone. If not for them (hostess/waitress in restaurant and Brandon at front desk) I would have given ZERO stars for staff. Be prepared to ASK for everything including clean towels, coffee, room cleaning, real glasses, cheese on the breakfast buffet. NOT relaxing - it was a chore. "
