"The positives are the staff are attentive and bring anything you need right away. We got extra pillows, blankets and towels right away. The negatives are the rooms are older, mattress was uncomfortable, doors squeak so they wake everyone up. Also there was a flashing light from the smoke alarm or sprinkler but it was awful when the lights were off. It was so bright and obnoxious. Not sure if we would stay here again. "

"I really enjoyed my stay! The facility is consistently clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. This has become my go-to spot for soccer tournaments—the in-unit washer and dryer are incredibly convenient, and having a full kitchen is a huge plus. It makes traveling so much easier. I always look forward to coming back!"

"The parking was adequate, the air conditioning was good and kept us cool, most things were pretty clean, beds oK, pillows kind of hard, tv was small and had to be adjusted each time we turned it on but the location was good for our purposes and we had everything we needed."

"The breakfast was very good. The cocktail time was very nice and the food was ok. We ate out a few nights. I would have liked a sweet after the dinner but we went to the hotel restaurant for ice cream. All in all it was a very nice week stay. Will return next time in Phoenix. "

"Rooms were great and grounds were gorgeous! We loved the turndown service and the cleaners did an amazing job daily, the only negative with the room was the intensity of the doors closing…we could constantly hear doors slamming. The staff was so helpful. The pools were great and the restraints were wonderful too. We had an amazing server for breakfast each day at Ironwood and had a wonderful time at Bourbon Steak with Devin as our server. The only disappointing part was the spa and fitness area- you have to book a service to be able to sign up for a fitness class and it has to be that day. But all-in-all a very relaxing resort. "
