「Great staff」

「I booked my friend a two-night stay at the Best Western in Gold Canyon, Arizona, in October 2026. During his stay, smoke abruptly filled a hallway. He went to the front desk to report it, but the clerk, busy with another customer, dismissed him until he repeatedly stated there was a fire. Only then did she investigate. 「Super big and very clean!」

「Liked the upgraded room」

「It was new」

「Environment and how clean everything was」

「It was perfect for a “no frills” hotel. If you’re looking to swim or eat breakfast in the morning this is not the place. However, it’s a great place to lay your head for the night.」

「Nice and clean」

「Staff is very helpful and on time with all of my concerns. Highly recommended.」

「Had a late check-in mix-up, it was handled quickly and was only a minor delay in accessing my room. All good. manager went above and beyond for my few needs.」

「Clean facilities, very pleasant host」

「The place had lots of spiders and the restrooms filled with bugs and spider webs/spiders. The main shower in the primary room had dead bugs. The toilet paper had dust on it. Overalls the place needs proper cleaning and pest control to stop by. The owner messaged me saying that cleaners were gonna stop by and nobody did. There is a $140 cleaning fee which i normally do not mind. However it does not make sense to have a cleaning fee when the place isn't clean in the first place for us as guests.」

「Great place to stay!! Pool was amazing」
