「The hotel was perfect. Great rooms, amazing restaurant, nice location. But what made the trip special was the staff: at the reception, in the retaurant - everyone was so welcoming, attentive, and friendly. A strong YES!」

「Property needs to be updated. No front desk in the Hotel. You must cross a busy highway to register in another hotel and eat breakfast. Noise highway and radiator sounds. No heat in the radiator of the Master Bedroom. Breakfast was reasonably good and plentiful.」

「Away from the centre of the village, surrounded by mountains, we had a lovely view from our balcony of a field with donkeys grazing and a small chapel at the far end of the valley. It is quite a hike from the hotel to the lake. If you’re a hiker, then this is the place for you. The dinner was expensive and mediocre. I do not recommend the half-board plan. Breakfast was okay, very limited choices. They benefit from the high tourist numbers obviously reflected in the limited value for money...

「A gorgeous mountain retreat! We stayed 9 nights and had dinner 8 of the nights. Clean hotel… incredible staff from the front desk to the dining crew. I will point out one person who stood out… Ervis! A great example of perfect hospitality. He is knowledgeable on wine of the region and just a genuine nice human. Dinner was right at Michelin * quality. The view of the mountain is spectacular. Our room was simple but comfortable. We hope to be back with family. 」

The building and location is close to the train but also in the most beautiful setting and has incredible views! We loved everything! Can't wait to go back!」
