「Julie at the front desk is busy and really seems like she’s the boss around there. She was super helpful. I was there two days with my family and she helped us with every thing we needed. It felt like a second home for those two days. The pool was clean just the right size. We had the pool to ourselves which was really nice with two littles learning to swim. The spa was especially lovely. So relaxing! The breakfast in the morning is all healthy & fresh. Not unappealing like most hotel...

「My stay was nice, except for: 1) The TV remotes (2 of them) did not work. 2) The wallpaper around the shower stall had considerable peeling giving the room a somewhat dilapidated feel. 3) No complementary bottled water for coffee. 4) No stirring sticks or utensils for coffee. 5) Significant grout missing from bathroom floor tile, again, making room feel dilapidated. 」

「It was a nice stay, the receptionist was very friendly and always had a smile on her face, the only downside were the people around, some addicts, but besides that i would go back again 」

「This is my hotel of choice while staying in Lancaster. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff is friendly and responsive. Good location near a variety of businesses. 」

「I was very pleased with the staff from the moment we chexked in by Francisco, the pool bbq and clean space, the room was nice and well kept. We attended a wedding there and I must say the reception room, staff catering to the event, bar tender ans food was superb 👌 Everything around it was easy acccess: mall, movies, restaurant, gas! 🙌」
