"Customer service is lackluster and the people in charge of them are worse
I was charged for a shuttle that Expedia said was free
They didn't honor the Expedia price
I was given the runaround after I called to try to clear things up"
"We booked here as our flight out of Tana was at 3.20am so wanted somewhere to chill, rest & get showered near the airport. Room was clean & spacious, comfy bed & great shower. We ate in the restaurant and had really great food & cocktails. Had a quick sleep before being picked up for our flight home. Would definitely stay again if in Tana!"
"Everything was great except that you have to pay to use the small pool. Massage is not bad. Food isn’t bad. Overall it’s a nice hotel I really liked the room, balcony, and the creative style of the hotel interior setting . "
"We had a very comfortable and convenient stay.
Hotel and restaurant staff were very helpful and cheerful - nothing was too much to ask. Food delicious. Location to airport and surrounds was fantastic. Clean and orderly. In process of installing a lift/elevator. I highly recommend others to stay here as well."
"We enjoyed our stay at ILO. The kids loved it too.
The pools are really nice, there are some safety regulations that may need to be considered in and around the pools. The steps into the pools are too deep and often people fall there.
The vibe at the pools were a lot of fun, the restaurants were great. The service was great. We even saw a lemur early morning at the breakfast.
Our rooms were on the first floor, and it was super noisy luckily at around 11 PM with quiet down. But then early morning and throughout the night, we could hear people walk past the room and the cleaners talking so our sleep was heavily interrupted by noise and we felt quite tired the next day.
The breakfast was great. There was a wide variety of savory braids, croissants, pancakes, etc. The egg station was very popular as well and they were fresh fruit cold cuts, and cheeses.
Overall it was a great stay and I can see that the people that work there really care about doing a good job and giving guests a good experience."
"breakfast correct .. but not amazing . reataurant is good and quality price is still good and the rrom are spacius and cleaned
i was deceived about the airport shuttle is indicated as free
on your website ... and then i finally have to paid for it .. even whan i show the capsure of the reservation screen. i think that i will nor come back because of the feeling that tha indicated price is not what is applied "
