Amazing staff

I had a 8 night stay at Qinn Hotel, I really enjoyed my time and thank you to the amazing staff who really made this trip special Sefa, Arin, Ozan and Serhat they tought us so much about the Turkish culture and places to visit that we didn't know about, suggested what place to go to eat for amazing food and really make the most of our trip Arin was outstanding he spoke a great level of English which made communication very easy with him he was beyond professional and polite Sefa also spoke great English and make out time at the hotel enjoyable these two become our full time translator The hotel does need some room for improvement such as the outdoor sitting area could be better more spacious and private they should take advantage of the great view of the ocean they have

I

I’ve liked the bedding, it was quite comfortable. Unfortunately I couldn’t see any ventilation in the bathroom, tea glasses for the buffet were bleached so it was covered with a smoky layer, I asked for new one but waiter said they are clean this is how it looks like. Elevator didn’t work properly, we asked for more bottled water cause there is only 2x( 500 ml )in the room, reception told me to call room service and I don’t know if they are going to charge for the extra ones but overall I enjoyed our stay, the bedding was quite good, there was a big space in the room.

Awesome Stay

One of the perfect hotels that we stayed in Antalya. We booked the King Suite for the amazing view of the sea and mountain. Very relaxing all you need is bottle wine and enjoy in the jacuzzi. The staff were friendlt and the reception was very kind and helpful. Felt safe as well. Highly recommended.

Stayed there first week in June 2024, The Hotel is very good value for money and the facilities are good. The staff are friendly and polite. If I was complaining I would say the breakfast could be tailored towards The Irish and English, we like a good old fry up but that was sadly missing. The breakfast provided was excellent, and there no shortage of food variety with a chef making omelettes and fresh eggs on the pan. The hotel is quite central in Muratpasa and is minutes from some shopping areas with Antalya city just 12 minutes drive. I enjoyed my stay there and would stay there again if I ever return to Antalya.

This hotel was in a great location, and my daughter LOVED the pool. The shower in the bathroom was very small, and there needed to be somewhere to hang bathing suits or towels. It would help if this were changed. In the pictures it looks like the hotel is close to the beach and has easy beach access, but we could not get down to the beach at all, so that was a disappointment.

Close to a lot of restaurants but walls and doors are thin. Can hear everything going on outside. There is a small lot for self parking but in the evening the valet closes it off and then tried to give us a hard time until we asked reception how are we to park. Street parking is a bit annoying because it is an inclined street. Other than that rooms are fine, breakfast decent. They have a pool. There are a bunch of stray dogs in the nearby streets.

Location is good.

This hotel has a nice lobby and a good swimming pool. We traveled as a family and asked our rooms to be close to each other but that did not happen. The hallways to get to your room is long and have no air-conditioning. there are some rooms that you can get into with elevators but most rooms have stairs. The staff are nice and friendly. Except for one man who works in the front desk. His name is Emre. He is very mean and rude and refused to give us an extra room key. The location is great. walking distance to restaurants. Nice view of the water.

Nice hotel in a great area. Room was okay some wallpaper was coming off the wall, just missing some attention to details but over was okay Noise was abit of problem sometimes as there’s a restaurant attached to the hotel, which plays music pretty late on. And gets really busy, a lot cars in and out. Language barrier was abit of a problem at the hotel bar. Not really good English but maybe I should of learnt some Turkish as I’m in their country, Just be aware. Bar staff are fantastic tho very happy smiley. The 2 sisters are great ! Food and drink at the hotel isn’t cheap it’s quite expensive actually. And very hit and miss with the food, sometimes it was great sometimes it was very oily/greasy. Just get the basics if ordering. Very clean around the pool. Sun beds are always clean. They keep on top of that. Sausage the dog was a bonus.

Qinn Hotel was excellent during our 8 nights stay in Antalya. The Hotel had everything included as required and had met all request during our stay. The facilities were excellent and staff was amazing. Nothing bad to mention regarding this hotel. Everything had been either met or exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel to everyone else. The rooms were spacious and had everything required with great air conditioning. The hotel also allowed us to have rooms next to each other as requested due to being a large group. The RA bar at the hotel had great food and drinks selection. The swimming pool and outdoor facilities were great too with loads of seating and space around the hotel. Great hotel strongly recommend to anyone visiting Antalya. The receptionist at the hotel Emre had made our experience ten times better as he assisted us from the first day till the last day during our stay. When we checked in Emre helped with leaving our luggage at the hotel before check in, esims, activity recommendations and bookings, room service requests, taxi fares and late check out. Emre provided excellent customer service during our stay and helped make our Antalya trip unforgettable.

Location was excellent. Some the staff (dining room & wait staff by the pool) were very dry and acted like we were bothering them by asking questions. Other than that the food was excellent and fresh. The facilities were clean.
