Room typical good, swimming pool needs desinfection, cuttlery and plates washing by hand sometimes you can find traces of coffee wtc. Staff super friendly, goes out of their way to help.

Nice hotel but pool was closed and stink of cigars

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Only issue was the room was stinking of cigarette smell. The information about pool bwing closed should be on the page description.

Property was clean and ok for the price, service was good too but i didnt have any toiletries in my bathroom .Pool was icecold but the beach was close to the hotel so i didnt bothered too much. Reception staffs are very friendly and helpful.

I booked another night here before moving to the heart of Antalya; what a mistake that was to leave this hotel. I’m in an awful place now and is NOTHING compared to how Lara Diamond hotel is. I may even go back there tomorrow for a few more days. You want to be in Lara area; NOT down by the gate. Again this hotel exceeded every expectation! Respectful and nice staff, decent breakfast spread and super clean facilities (in room and common areas). Thank you!

Terrible

We chose this hotel for its convenient distance from Antalya Airport and price, but did not expect such a low level. I wouldn't even know what to start with. We had a triple room which was far too small to accomodate 3 people and luggage. The bathroom was not any better: you had to squeeze yourself in and everything inside is extremely small. The furniture and the bathroom are appalling, with the exception of the air conditioning and mini-fridge, both quite new and working. Don't even consider to go there.

The property was terrible, the service was also horrible. The Room was small also damaged flooring . The room didn't look the same as it was advertised on expedia. The owner of hotel was extremely rude. I stayed one night as there was no room avaliable in other hotels.The service was so bad i lost 488 pounds and I had to move in a different hotel next day called Holliday inn which cost me another 1200 pound for 6 nights As that was only 1 option avalible thats time. I never recommend lara diomond hotel to any one.waste of money and waste of time.
This is not triple room size no enough space for laggages

I travel for work 200 days out of the year. I was hesitant upon booking here because of the proximity to the airport and some of the scathing reviews. do not listen to the negative reviews! This place is incredible! The staff super nice, super helpful, the common area so clean, the room spotless, many many places to eat and many grocery stores right around the corner. 10 minute walk to beaches. I was only initially staying one night before headed to the Mts away from Antalya, but I booked a second night. The pool area and seating is beautiful! I’d come back here without question! Great job! Did I mention an incredible deck to sit outside of your room! :))

Really horrible property. So so dirty. Floor was dirty, bathroom smelt like sewage and it was so unclean. The bedsheets smelt like odour. I would not recommend anyone to even go near this hotel. Moreso the staff are incredibly rude and will not accommodate to a single requirement. They will assist taxis and other people to scam you and make more money from you.

FRONT DESK STAFF NAMED ADNAN IS VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. THE 2 OLD MEN TALK ABOUT ME TO OTHER STAFF AND TALK BY SHOUTING AT ME FOR NO REASON. Gebucht wurde Meerblick als Doppelzimmer Bekommen haben wir 2 einzelbetten und die sicht auf ein Wohnblock Dann wurde uns versprochen das wir nach einer Nacht unser Zimmer bekommen weil es ja leider besetzt ist, Am nächsten Morgen zur Rezeption gegangen und es hieß geht erst um 12:00 obwohl in der Früh ausgemacht worden ist daraufhin haben wir ein Doppelbett Zimmer bekommen mit der gleichen Aussicht auf einen Wohnblock, zudem ist das Hotel renovierungsbedürftig und es mangelt an Sauberkeit Wer wirklich Urlaub haben will legt lieber mehr Geld in die Hand

Preis und Leistung waren angemessen. Einfaches Hotel aber super freundlich und sauber. Lage okay und uns vorher bewusst das es in der Flugschneise liegt. Zwei Badebeaches, einer sogar mit Transfer. Der schönere war ca 600 Meter zu Fuß entfernt. Wir wussten was wir buchen und dafür waren wir sehr zufrieden.
