4.30 da otele giriş yaptım. Çocuk yatağını 5 kere söyledikten sonra akşam 10.30 da ancak yapabildiler. Temizlik otelde iyi değil. Yemeklerde zor yer bulunuyor. Masalar seri sekilde temizlenemiyor. Otelin genelinde bir organizasyonsuzluk var. Yiyecek bol. Deniz güzel.

Отель просто ужасный !!! Несоответствует фотографиям!!!!мы приехали семьей посмотрели номера и вышли требовать свои деньги обратно! Такого сявского отеля за 1000 долларов за 7 дней я ещё никогда не видела :(((( нам до сих пор сайт не возвращает деньги!!!! Руководство имейте совесть , верните деньги Hotels.com Бассейны грязные, в коридорах и номерах воняет плесенью, занавески в белых пятнах, потолок в ванной отваливается. И почему же ваш сайт не дает загрузить реальные фото с пятнами и плесенью ? Я вставляю фото а они не загружаются !!!

Otele ilk gittiğimizde karşılanmadik. Bize verilen oda engelli odasiydi ve oda temizlenmemisti. Odanın içerisinde yarim icilmis su şişesi banyosunda saçlar ve kullanılmış banyo kesesi vardı. Otel yönetimi başka bir odaya bizi aldı fakat bu odada da klozet kapağında sorun bulunmaktaydı. Ayrıca tuvalet sifonu calismamaktaydi. Tekrar oda değişimi yapıldı otel yönetimi tarafından. Bu seferde sabunluk çalışmıyordu. Otel henüz oturmamış. Otelde çalışan personel yardımcı olmaya çalışıyor samimi cana yakın fakat ellerindeki imkanların kısıtlı olmasından dolayı başarılı olamıyorlar. Personelin eğitim alması gereklidir. Otel sahiplerinin ve yönetiminin bu konularda cabalamalari gerekli. Bütün aksakliklarda tüm samimiyetiyle yardımcı olmaya çalışan otel çalışanlarına özellikle Caner bey e çok teşekkür ederiz.
