De locatie van de accommodatie was prima, naar veel plekken kon je lopen. Een nadeel was dat de matrassen erg hard waren, waardoor het slapen niet optimaal was. Over het algemeen een goed appartement!

아파트형이라 집같은 편안함이 있고, 직원분들이 모두 친절하셔서 좋았다. 다만 오랜 건물을 리모델링 했으나 이곳저곳 부서진 곳이 있고, 옆집의 소음이 잘들려서 자다가 몇번씩 깨는 불상사가 생겨서 아쉽다.

Wouldn't recommend staying here at all, arrived in the apartment with no amenities stocked. Had to ask the receptionist multiple times for things which should have been there in the first place. The overall apartment was old with cupboards falling apart, and a shower head that wouldn't hold. Very poor experience.

I booked a three-night stay at City Inn Apart Hotel, but we ended up checking out one night early because the room was simply not livable. The room was in poor condition. Several cabinet doors and drawers were broken, making it difficult to use the storage. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, and the bed sheets did not appear to be clean, which was unacceptable. The TV had no reception during our entire stay, so it was completely unusable. The only positive part of our experience was the night staff. He was friendly, polite, and genuinely tried to help us, but unfortunately there wasn’t much he could do to fix the condition of the room or the maintenance issues. It’s unfortunate because good customer service alone cannot make up for poor cleanliness, broken furniture, and non-functioning amenities. We decided to leave a night early rather than spend another night there. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.

Dear Expedia Customer Support, I am writing to request a refund for my hotel reservation, despite the booking being marked as non-refundable, because the room I was given was not as advertised and was not suitable for my family. I booked this hotel for 10 nights. However, after checking in, I immediately noticed that the room was in very poor condition. It was significantly different from the photos and description shown on Expedia. The room had several serious issues, including: Poor cleanliness and unsanitary conditions. Broken furniture and damaged fixtures. Doors and windows that did not close or lock properly, creating a serious safety concern. I was traveling with my 4-year-old child, and staying in a sixth-floor room with doors and windows that could not be properly secured made me feel that the room was unsafe. I reported these issues to the hotel reception as soon as I discovered them and also took photos to document the condition of the room. Unfortunately, due to the poor hygiene and safety concerns, I had no reasonable choice but to leave the hotel. Although my reservation was for 10 nights, I only stayed for one night because the accommodation was not fit for a family and did not match the standard that was advertised. I respectfully ask Expedia to review my case and consider a refund for the unused nights, as I was forced to leave because the hotel failed to provide accommodation that was safe, clean, and consistent with its listing.
