「フライトの関係で夜中に着いたが、親切に迎えてくれた。エキストラベッドが設置されていなくてお願いしたら、夜中なのにすぐに対応してくれた。チェックアウトも延長してくれて、とてもいいサービスを受けた。」

「1. Aircon was very noisy. No response to the request of changing room. 2. Having been waken up many times by the slam of doors of neighbors for some nights and totally could not sleep in a night because of the talking and giggling of a group of guests in a room until 5am. No regulation and poor sound insulation.」

「We asked the front desk staff to book a taxi to the ferry and he booked a private car and the price is three time higher than taxi. When I ask why it is so expensive. He replied that they charged by person. I have never booked a car which charged you by person in the world. As a world- known hotel, such a thing could never happen.」

「Nice, comfortable room, friendly front desk staff. Great location by the water and by shopping/dining options. I loved the complimentary cookies! Only suggestion — luggage storage should be in a different area (it is currently behind the fish tank, which smells). 」
