This was a nice place to stay for a couple of nights but I would not stay longer because there is just not much around in the immediate area. Only a couple of restaurants and one of them is the hotel's. The staff were difficult to communicate with over messages before arrival but in person were lovely, especially Astrid who was super helpful. The facilities and room were good. The beachfront access was great. Overall, I am glad that we stayed here.

If you are looking for a slow, relaxing vacation, this place is perfect. Everything you need is on site (restaurants, beach chairs and towels, pool). The room was pretty good, plenty of space and storage for two people. The room was cleaned daily which was great. The only con to this place is the drive there. It’s quite the winding road that leads you to the hotel, a bit scary to drive at night. So if you’re looking to stay put, it’s great. We drove to Grande Case almost daily for food, so if you need more than a (pricey with a small menu) on site restaurant or the Italian place next door, you will definitely need a car. Tons of great food in Grand Case. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The beach was great, the staff was kind and helpful. It seems like they may still be recovering from hurricanes and storms so there is some construction in some rooms but it didn’t really bother us.

Everything was wonderful. Room was quiet and calm, nice view from balcony, a bit outdated but part of the charm. It's clean and all staff was absolutely wonderful. Well worth the money and the beach is the best on the island

Love Anse Marcel hotel, the only thing we don't like was the hundreds of flies at the kitchen while breakfast. Maybe if they use screens for the kitchen it will be better. Other than that, everything was great! The beach and the service was perfect. Lobster was delicious!

It is a great hotel in a very quiet area. The location is gorgeous. The staff is great and dedicated to the wellbeing of their guests.

Bed linens had leftover hair attached to sheets , mattress was two beds together and very hard . Was on third floor no hall lights to room . Beach was awesome, receptionist was nice, One bartender was nice one was not . We ate at the beach restaurant one time for lunch, Pricey but it was very good , waitress got our order and never returned. Guys who worked the beach , again one was ok the other was rude to my wife wanting help for beach chairs . Coming back to this island again but definitely not stay at this resort..

This is an outstanding resort. Beautiful grounds, friendly staff. The only think I would change would be to have a couch or loveseat in the room, otherwise extremely pleased and happy we stayed at the property

Heaven on Earth! Thank you to an incredible staff that really made my week at Anse Marcel PICTURE PERFECT. The resort is stunning, the private beach in the cove is clean, calm enough for hours of swimming and soaking in the sun, the beach staff is amazing, breakfast and lunch are wonderful by the beach and the onsite Dinner restaurant is delish, exotic and chic. 5-stars!!! I plan on being back. Merci!!!

This resort is a gem . The beach is a dream - paradise , flat water with a mountain on each side - like a cul de sac , gorgeous . The restaurant on site has amazing chefs , although the waiters are hot/cold . The le gourmet evening restaurant has superb food and ambiance . Overall, will come back !!!
