We stayed here for our honeymoon! Beautiful room!! Amazing rain shower, & the toilet was separate from the shower/sink. The bed was so comfortable!! It was super close to the train station and downtown Annecy. Seriously, such a perfect location! Highly recommend this hotel.

Expensive for what is it . The shower are like ice skating , no moisturizer provided , AC is right in your face when you sleep, very small windows that open to a little court yard with everyone else so can’t open window and have privacy !!! Will not return

Excellent séjour à ANNECY

Excellent séjour à ANNECY. Très belle ville avec des canaux un lac magnifique des plages gratuites et bien aménagées. Repas : Le restaurant CHEZ INGALL'S est réel à conseiller . L hôtel MERCURE CENTRE nous a beau plu, à mon épouse et moi. Chambre très propre, wc séparé de la salle de bains, personnel très accueillant et agréable, tant à l accueil que le personnel de nettoyage. Lit queen size très confortable.

L’espace petit dejeuner trop exiguë n’est pas pratique. Nous y avons renoncé sans pouvoir etre remboursés. Les chambres sont faites dans l’après-midi ( sieste impossible donc) Pas mal de poussière derrière les lits. C’est passable sans plus pour 6 jours à 2045€.

Je suis extrêmement déçu de mon séjour. Cet hôtel est loin du niveau qu'on peut attendre d’un Mercure. La chambre était très petite, vieillotte, avec un mobilier qui aurait bien besoin d’être rénové. Aucun gel douche dans la salle de bain, j’ai dû prendre ma douche à moitié avant d’aller en réclamer à la réception, ce qui est inacceptable pour un établissement de cette gamme. De plus, un de vos employés (blond) s’est montré particulièrement désagréable et hautain, ce qui a rendu l’accueil encore plus déplaisant. Heureusement, Cheyma a relevé le niveau par son professionnalisme et sa gentilless, un vrai contraste avec le reste de l’expérience.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Leider war der Lift kaputt. Zimmer sehr klein, das Bett aber bequem. Gemäss dem Rezeptionisten beim einchecken hat das Hotel keine Parkplätze, beim auschecken wurde ich gefragt, ob ich bei ihnen geparkt hätte…
