Incorrectly charged me for taking bottled water from the room (I didn’t). The front desk staff said they couldn’t remove it from my bill. Note: I don’t even recall seeing bottles of water in the room.
Shower was lukewarm. Mini-fridge was super noisy.
Won’t stay here again, and won’t recommend.

The room was nice and clean. The amenities such as bar and grill are closed on the weekend. Breakfast is avaliable for a fee.

Tv didn’t work no signal don’t drink the water it cost . They take a 50 dollar deposit for incidentals when you check in.

Overall, stay was fine, but front desk clerk was rude, disrespectful and dismissive when reported children yelling and running wild through the building. I called to Hilton HHonors as no manager was available. Manager never returned the call after 3 additional days.
Each elevator has signage stating “Our goal is to make your stay better and brighter. If something isn't just the way you like it, simply let any hotel team member know, and we will make it right. Guaranteed.“ This is simply NOT the philosophy at the HGI of Annapolis and obviously the management isn’t concerned about the “Guarantee.”

I like everything except the house keeper never came to my room to do it. I left the room for 5 hours, but they never did my room not even towels i have to call to room service for they to bring me clean towels. And the house keeper they have bad manners.

Hilton Garden Inn has always represented facilities a cut above the competition. Unfortunately, this one disappoints. Outside sitting area featured ripped and dirty cushions and a broken table. Restaurant and bar closed with no good options within walking distance. Pool closed with seating stowed away. Website should have made this clear.
