"Je ne peux comprendre que cet hôtel puisse revendiquer 3 etoiles. Le personnel de réception est déplorable j ai fait ma reservation par votre site il y a environ 1 mois. En arrivant on nous a annoncé que les trois chambres n etait pas disponibles ! Devant mon etonnement on m a informé que "l agence de voyages" nous avait retenu 2 chambre doubles et une triple mais avec un matelas par terre ! J etais outrée d abord parce que je n ai jamais fait appel à une quelconque agence et vous le savez...
