「The room shown on the app isn’t what we get, literally a downgrade. The noise was unbearable slept at 2pm because guests had a party (more than 10pm), reception refused to deal with it. The staff train in the gym area while guest use the pool or have to go change for the spa. Those guys would stop and stare . Never going back to that place. 」

Don't expect the modern life comfort. The African local dance show is great.」

「Disappointment and frustration with the treatment I received during my recent stay at Thanda Manzi. Despite my expectations of a comfortable and welcoming experience, I was subjected to unacceptable behavior from the hotel staff at night yesterday at 21h40 when I was sleeping. On 06April 2025, I arrived at the hotel and was initially greeted politely. However, as my stay progressed, I encountered several issues with the staff's attitude and behavior. 「The staff were friendly and helpful..the rooms were clean and tidy and also the amenities were good...only one major issue is when there was a power failure for about 16 hours we didn't have any backup power supply from the hotel....other than that it was a great stay.」

「I has very good time with my family. We arrived late however they indeed helped us. The swimming pool invites you to swim, the lighting is switched on at night that way you can have beautiful pictures. Oo the staff was so helpful. Beautiful and cozy! 」
