My bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious. I did read in advance that the kitchens were not stocked- you would have to ask the front desk for supplies like utensils and glasses, which I did. The only thing in the kitchen was a kitchen towel and a small packet of dishwasher detergent. But there wasn't a dishwasher, so cleaning your borrowed kitchen items with dishwasher detergent powder is not exactly normal. They should have little bottles of dish soap. My fridge and freezer were set to the highest settings, but they didn't work. I put an ice pack in the freezer overnight, and it was barely cool in the morning. I had put little bottles of milk and OJ (that I brought from home because they don't have any there) in the fridge overnight, and they were barely cold in the morning, so I had to throw them out. The hotel doesn't have an ice machine, which is frustrating. The kitchen freezer comes with ice cube trays, but as I mentioned, my freezer didn't work anyway. The desk chair was stained all over and needed to be cleaned or replaced. The bathroom fan was very loud, and the bathroom and kitchen floors were a bit sticky. The sink and shower were fine. The TV remote was annoying. When I tried to use the guide feature on the remote, the channel information on the screen did not match the actual channel. The most irritating thing was the marijuana smell the minute I got out of my car in the parking lot. People were smoking outside the entrance at all times. Gross.

Very economical choice, with kitchenettes, but housekeeping more than once in two weeks is a charge. The staff are efficient and accommodating and they will swap you clean towels and linens. They have kits of kitchen stuff like plates or utensils available. There is a frequent bus to Downtown and Central Campus, a six-minute walk away at “The Ride” bus stop in the Briarwood Mall parking lot. You can pay for a $3 day pass on your phone and just show the bus driver. Much easier

They are not maintaining this hotel at all. The back entrance door entry was tie wrapped to keep unlocked due to broken card reader. Trash cans in hall way and outside dumpster was spliiing over. TV controller was broken. Cover of ceiling room light was missing. There is no way to control room temperature so had to open window to cool down room. Had to listen to highway traffic all night. For extended stay hotel, there were no accessories in kitchen, like pots, pans, silverware or plates. They are definitely not investing in this hotel. Not what you would expect.

Staff were polite. Rooms were clean. Hallways were dark and Im not a fan of the brown carpet but was clean. Rooms were big with space and the fridge was convenient. Overal good experience for two nights. Good bang for buck if you're in town and just need a room to crash thats not small. Stove and fridge is an added bonus for the price. Coffee and muffins for breakfast in the lobby is not the greatest but for a quick fix of caffeine and a snack in the morning is appreciated.

I called the hotel before arriving to check if someone will be available for checkin when I arrive after midnight. And while they told me yes, it was shocking that the front desk kept arguing that the system get auditing around thag time (2 am) and they might not be able to get me in!!! No one was at the front desk for 25 minutes. We arrived there after 10 pm. The phone that said to call “O” if no one was at the desk was broken. When the woman working the next shift came into the lobby to start work, she was surly and defensive. The room she sent us to had a half smoked cigar, an open can of beer, an unmade bed, and a bloody washcloth in it, so when I went back to the front desk and said we needed another room because of all that, she was rude again and slow walked the whole process.

The extra latch on the door for extra safety was broken...not vaccum...everything out dated and raggedy...i pushed the heavy recliner up to the door to feel secure...never will i ever come back there for sure.

Staff were friendly and always available and helpful. Room was very basic but very clean. The common areas (hallways, elevator, stairs) could have been cleaner. Overall, though, it was a sufficient and comfortable stay, especially for the price.
