「Beautiful Resort with friendly staff 」

「When we arrived we were allocated a small corner room that was quite claustrophobic. We asked for a bigger room and moved to the room next door. This was bigger but had a strange set up of the toilet being up a step and behind a shower curtain! When we came to wash we found that the shower was just a dribble of discoloured water. They promised to get a plumber to look at the problem the next day. Next day no one had been to fix the problem. We ended up moving back in to the small room so...

「We had a very disappointing stay at Aura Eco Stay. We had informed them well in advance that we would be arriving late at night, yet no arrangements were made for our check-in. When we reached, the front desk staff didn’t even know about our booking, and to make things worse, the kitchen was closed with no support provided for food. The receptionist was extremely rude and arrogant, and her attitude made the situation even worse. Instead of helping tired guests arriving late, she was defensive...
