Good hôtel for the Price.

Well located hôtel with good rooms. The poeples that work there are the best part of this hôtel. They are always trying to help out. Rooms are clean and perfect for the Price. Though some Little maintenance work should be done. Also, if you reserve on friday and saturday, if possible, ask for a room in front of the hôtel, because there is a bar behind that can play loud Music into the night. I would go back to this hôtel if i return to Ankara.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. I want to thank everyone for making us feel welcomed. The hotel it is close to center, and places like Tunali like 1-2mins walking distance. Room was clean and very warm. Highly suggested!

This is a nice enough place especially if you looking to be away from the busy parts of the city. I’m sure it was quite the place in its prime and does technically have just about everything but it’s getting old. The outdoor swamp pool is a vibe killer.

Room was too small even it is standard one. Sanitary equipments like shower set, closet cover as well as hair dryer should be renewed. They can not supply such old towels to the customers. Best one was the breakfast with good assortment and nice city view.

A nice and cozy hotel close to a very busy area of Ankara. Comfortable rooms with everything you might need, including kettle and tea set. Warm bathroom and comfortable bed. Oh, and the restaurant with just a breathtaking view! I would say, it's a great place to stay when travelling in business. The only challenge is English. There are not too many staff members speaking or understanding English. And be ready to walk up and down the hills a lot. This area of Ankara is not flat

Disappointed

Our room was small with not enough element to put our clothes, towels. There was even not someting in the bathroom to place the hand towel. During half a day, there was a problem of water cut and when it came, the color was yellow ! The electric sockets were not fitted properly and there was not even a bedside table between the two beds. We found stains on the sheets when we arrived and had to have them changed. But otherwise it's a quiet hotel with a good location and a breakfast restaurant with a lovely view of Ankara. Staff is nice and helpful.

Elevator not working. Door card lock not working went twice to up date the card and still can not open the door. I found housekeeping they let me into my room. They bring breakfast but no utensils.. I asked for tea took 15 minutes just for tea. When fished breakfast I asked for coffee waited 20 minutes no coffee came, I just left with no coffee.

3rd time staying and it gets better and better

Our 3rd time staying in 2022 and very happy. Although prices are escalating but thats the overall economy, we were happy with everything at the hotel, we are always welcomed as if friends especially the valet guy and waiter. So very friendly and a huge smile welcomed us. Cleanliness is good, 4 out of 5, shower and toilet could do with alittle deep cleaning once a month but certainly a giod standard. Room isbalways well made up, clean. Tidy, fresh and welcoming. Breakfast is something i hugelu miss when having left. Its good quality, unlimited and definitely very good and an amazing view to be had when eating. The spa has new management and if honest and a hundred times better service and quality of service than before. My partner was very pleased with his hardcore sports massage. My only little mark down would be the reception staff should be able to communicate alittle more in English as even with just basic hotel issues/questions they did lack the translation side.
